The Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, announced the sale of 320 fully finished residential units in Obour City, with areas starting from 132 square meters. The sale was completed within a few hours through a priority booking system. The minister emphasized the benefit of continuing to offer such projects to meet citizens’ needs and boost investment. Meanwhile, Engineer Hisham Darwish, an advisor to the ministry, highlighted the significant demand for housing units with high-quality finishes and distinctive architectural designs, as seen in the Housing Finance Fund.
The Chairman of the Housing Finance Fund stated that the sale process was conducted smoothly and transparently, with priority registration carefully documented and all necessary documents accurately provided. The allocation of units was efficiently managed, and the booking deposit and administrative fees were collected promptly. These measures aim to facilitate the reservation process for citizens, with security forces ensuring safety and order throughout the procedure.
Engineer Hisham Darwish aims to implement Egypt’s national housing strategies by expanding residential projects to cater to various segments of society.
