The Maspero-Imbaba-Air Corridor Authority has announced the auctioning of six commercial shops located beneath residential buildings in the Rodat Al-Sayeda Zeinab area. The shops range in size from 26 m² to 132 m² and are up for sale through a public auction.
Auction Details
- Date and Time: The auction session will be held at 12:00 PM on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at the Sheikh Zayed City Development Authority headquarters.
- Application Process: Interested participants can obtain the terms and specifications booklet from the Sheikh Zayed office for 299 EGP per shop.
- Security Deposit: A refundable deposit of 50,000 EGP per shop is required by the auction date.
Payment Terms
- Upon winning the auction, the buyer must pay:
- 10% of the total sale price as a down payment.
- 1% administrative fee and 0.5% for the Board of Trustees.
- Additionally, a 5% maintenance deposit must be paid within a month and before receiving the shop.
- The remaining balance can be paid through flexible installment plans.
Inspection and Regulations
Prospective buyers are encouraged to visit the shops during official working hours for an on-site inspection. The auction process is governed by the provisions of Law No. 182 of 2018, which regulates public procurement by governmental entities.
