Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, Eng. Sherif El Sherbiny, met with officials from the Saudi Egyptian Construction Company to follow up on the marketing of projects affiliated with the New Urban Communities Authority. The minister emphasized the importance of marketing and promoting residential and developmental projects to maximize investment benefits and increase occupancy rates, contributing to the implementation of new projects that meet citizens’ needs.
During the meeting, Eng. Sherif El Sherbiny reviewed the sales volume of units being marketed by the company in New Alamein City, specifically in the Latin District, in addition to the delivery status. He directed the establishment of a timeline for delivering ready units and the creation of a joint follow-up mechanism with the company to ensure progress and timely delivery. He also stressed the importance of providing all necessary facilities to investors interested in investing in New Alamein.
The minister also discussed the sales and marketing status of the “Sawari” and “Arabesque” projects. The meeting explored potential areas of mutual cooperation regarding several projects and investment opportunities in the new cities.
