Engineer Amr Khattab, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Housing, confirmed that the Marina 8 project is being developed on a total area of approximately 179 feddans. The project includes a chalet and villa zone spanning 104 feddans, in addition to another area covering 75 feddans. He pointed out that the project will consist of 243 buildings comprising around 917 residential units.
In a phone interview, the Housing Ministry spokesperson clarified that the Ministry is considered one of the state’s arms for development, aiming to achieve progress rather than profit and to meet the housing needs of citizens across various types. He also mentioned that the terms booklets and locations for the first phase of the largest offering of residential units in several cities and governorates will be made available next Tuesday.
Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly visited the Marina 8 projects in New Alamein City, following his tour of the Heritage City earlier today, Saturday.
Dr. Madbouly began his tour this morning, visiting a number of projects in New Alamein City, accompanied by Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, along with several ministry officials.
