Locations of Low-Income Housing Units in the New Offer of Housing for All Egyptians 7

The Ministry of Housing has announced a new offer under the presidential initiative “Housing for All Egyptians 7” targeting low-income individuals. The offer includes 101,000 residential units within the Social Housing Project. Applications will be open from July 8, 2025, to August 7, 2025, and units will be allocated through a random electronic system. Applicants who previously applied for “Housing for All Egyptians 5” but were not selected or did not meet the criteria are eligible to apply again, provided they withdraw the initial reservation deposit.

Locations of the Offer:

The offer includes residential units in several new cities such as New Obour, 10th of Ramadan, and Capital Gardens, among others. It also includes centers in governorates such as Aswan, Assiut, and Giza. Unit sizes range between 75 and 90 square meters.

The reservation deposit for low-income citizens under “Housing for All Egyptians 7” is EGP 50,000, with an annual interest rate of 8% through the mortgage finance system. The applicant’s monthly income must not exceed EGP 12,000 for singles and EGP 15,000 for families. The conditions brochure and reservation form will be made available through an official website, which will also include details on down payment procedures and administrative fees.
