The Social Housing and Mortgage Finance Fund has announced a new offering under the “Housing for All Egyptians 7” initiative, which includes residential units for both social housing and green housing. This offering is available to applicants who fall outside the priority categories of the “Housing for All Egyptians 5” phase, and also features new units being made available for the first time in several governorates.
The offering includes ready-to-move-in units with a down payment of EGP 25,000, and under-construction units to be delivered within 36 months with a down payment of EGP 50,000.

Apartments for Citizens Outside Social Housing Priority:
A total of 34,133 under-construction housing units have been allocated and will be delivered within 36 months in cities such as:

Additionally, 690 ready-to-move-in units have been made available in New Akhmim City.
The price of a 90-square-meter apartment is EGP 850,000, with a booking down payment of EGP 50,000.
Apartments in New Akhmim (Sohag Governorate) are offered at EGP 470,000 for immediate delivery.
Green Housing Apartments:
This category includes 54,792 under-construction units, all to be delivered within 36 months, in newly established cities such as:

Interested citizens may apply to reserve these units and pay the booking deposit and any applicable administrative fees between July 28, 2025, and August 28, 2025.
Apartments for First-Time Applicants:
This offering includes units allocated to all citizens applying for the first time, with a down payment of EGP 25,000. However, priority is given to applicants who previously applied under the presidential initiative “Housing for All Egyptians 5”, following the same declared conditions.
The under-construction units available in this offering include:

9,380 housing units to be delivered within 36 months in cities and towns across the governorates of Beheira, New Valley, Dakahlia, Minya, and Matrouh.

12,630 housing units in cities and towns across Aswan, Beni Suef, Assiut, Luxor, Giza, Fayoum, Menoufia, Minya, and Qena.
Prices for these units range between EGP 184,000 and EGP 350,000.
Additionally, 1,492 under-construction units (to be delivered within 36 months) have been allocated in certain cities with specific conditions, such as:

Priority in Shata City (Damietta Governorate) is given to customers who previously applied in the 8th and 10th announcements.

Priority in Ezbet Al-Borg City (Red Sea Governorate) is given to customers from the 10th announcement related to Hurghada.
This priority applies only to eligible customers who were not included in the final selection lists of past announcements and who had withdrawn their booking deposits.
