The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and New Urban Communities has announced the release of a brochure of conditions that includes 2,333 residential land plots within the Maskan 6 Project, distributed across the categories of medium housing, distinguished housing, and most distinguished housing. The reservation process for the lands will begin on September 14, 2025, and will continue for two months.
The sixth phase of the “Maskan” project includes the offering of plots of land in about 18 new cities, with the application and reservation process to be carried out online through the official website of the New Urban Communities Authority dedicated to the Maskan initiative.
Land Prices According to Categories

Medium Housing Lands: Prices range between EGP 700,000 and EGP 1.8 million. These lands are available in cities such as Sadat, 10th of Ramadan, October Gardens, New Aswan, New Borg El Arab, New Sohag, New Minya, and New Assiut.

Distinguished Housing Lands: Prices start from EGP 1.6 million up to EGP 4.6 million. They are available in cities such as New Akhmim, New Nasser, Badr, New Tiba, New El-Fashn, New El-Salhia, New Minya, New Fayoum, and New Qena.

Most Distinguished Housing Lands: Prices range between EGP 4.6 million and EGP 14.3 million. This category of land is being offered in 10th of Ramadan, 6th of October, and Obour cities.
