Dr. Manal Awad, Minister of Local Development and Acting Minister of Environment, instructed the Ministry’s Digital Transformation Committee to monitor 12 technological centers in Monufia Governorate. The aim is to improve government services, follow up on the equipment and systems of the centers, ensure the operation of complaint boxes, and review staff permissions and the electronic system.
The report covered the centers’ commitment to electronically archiving applications, delivering files related to the reconciliation of building violations, and completing public shop licensing procedures in accordance with the law. It also emphasized the need to collect fees electronically only, as well as the operation of mobile service vehicles to reach remote areas.

The Minister requested accelerating the work of the technical review committees responsible for reconciliation files to make procedures easier for citizens, while continuing to receive complaints and suggestions. This comes in line with state directives to achieve digital transformation and ensure effective and fair government services.
