The Ministry of Social Housing has released the application guidebook for the “Housing for All Egyptians 7” apartments, targeting low- and middle-income groups as part of the 2025 housing strategy. The offering includes approximately 113,100 residential units ranging from 75 to 90 square meters. Among them, around 54,800 units are part of the Green Housing system. How to Access the 2025 Social Housing Application Guidebook
The Ministry of Housing and Urban Development has launched a digital platform allowing interested applicants to easily register online. You can complete the process by following these steps:

Visit the official Social Housing website or access the Digital Egypt platform.

Create a new account on the platform.

Pay an application fee of EGP 350, in addition to an administrative fee of EGP 350.

Upload all required documents in PDF format on the Digital Egypt platform to officially complete your application.
Eligibility Requirements for the 2025 Social Housing Units
According to the Ministry of Social Housing, the conditions for applying to the 2025 social housing offering are as follows:

The applicant must be an Egyptian citizen and a natural person (not a company or organization).

The applicant must be at least 21 years old at the time of application.

Only one application per family is permitted.

The applicant or any member of their family must not own any previously state-supported housing units.

Neither the applicant nor any member of their family should have received any financial assistance or housing loans from government entities related to previous social housing projects.
