The Minister of Housing indicated that the first phase includes various housing projects such as Diarna, Jannah, Sakan Misr, Free Housing, and Diverse Housing, aiming to meet the needs of different income segments. He confirmed that this initiative comes in implementation of the directives of His Excellency, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, to provide suitable housing for all segments of society. It is considered an important step toward achieving the state’s vision of securing adequate housing for every citizen.

The platform aims to streamline access, purchase, and service verification for citizens and investors, in addition to improving the overall management of the real estate system.
