Minister of Housing and Utilities, Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, announced that the New Obour City Development Authority will begin handing over land plots in the Second Neighborhood of District 32 starting from May 4, 2025. The process is for citizens who have regularized their status, and the handover will continue until August 13, 2025. He emphasized adherence to the schedule and the ongoing progress in infrastructure and road projects to facilitate the land delivery.
Dr. Engineer Ahmed Ismail, Head of the New Obour City Development Authority, stressed the importance of citizens attending the Authority’s headquarters on the specified dates and bringing the required documents. These include: the original sales contract, the original receipt of the down payment, a valid original and copy of the national ID card, property ownership sequence documents, the allocation notice, in addition to settling all due financial obligations and submitting post-dated installment cheques certified with a bank signature.
The Head of the Authority indicated that the detailed handover schedule will begin on Sunday, May 4, with the delivery of plots in Block No. 32301 (from Plot 1 to Plot 24). The handover will proceed daily according to the division of different blocks until the end of the specified period.
The Authority also announced that the period from Sunday, August 10 to Wednesday, August 13, 2025, has been designated for delivering plots to those who missed their scheduled handover dates.
