Ismailia Governorate Announces Public Auction for Administrative Units and Commercial Shops

The Ismailia Governorate has announced a public auction session scheduled for December 25 to sell administrative units and commercial shops as part of the social housing project in Fayed and Qantara Gharb cities.

According to an official statement issued today, the auction will be held in the main hall of Qantara Gharb Center under the supervision of the Government Services Authority.

Details of the Available Units

The auction offers a range of commercial and administrative spaces within the social housing project, including:

  1. One shop in the 42-unit social housing project in Gamal Abdel Nasser Village, Fayed City.
  2. Ten shops in the Abu Khalifa Village project in Qantara Gharb Center and City.
  3. Seven shops in the social housing project at Abu Khalifa Village in Qantara Gharb.
  4. Two administrative units, each measuring 73 square meters, located within the Abu Khalifa Village social housing project in Qantara Gharb.

Auction Details

The auction session will take place in the main hall of Qantara Gharb Center at 12:00 PM on December 25. The Ismailia Governorate also announced that tender booklets are available for purchase at the Housing Directorate for 400 EGP, inclusive of taxes and fees.

This initiative is part of the governorate’s efforts to promote economic activity and optimize the use of available resources within the region.
