International Companies to Manage Hotel Apartments in the Heritage City Project

At the start of his tour today in New Alamein City, Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly visited the Heritage City, accompanied by Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities and Urban Communities, Engineer Ahmed Ibrahim, Head of the New Alamein City Authority, as well as a number of officials from the Ministry of Housing.

The Prime Minister emphasized the great importance of the Heritage City, pointing out that it will become a hub for hosting a wide variety of cultural, artistic, and entertainment events, which will add significant value to the tourism offerings in New Alamein City.

During the tour, the Prime Minister listened to explanations from Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, who noted that the Heritage City spans an area of 260 acres and includes a variety of heritage, cultural, and commercial buildings. These include the Roman Theater, a central lake, a cinema complex, an exhibition hall, a mosque, a church, as well as cafés, restaurants, and numerous commercial, hotel, and investment buildings, in addition to luxury residential units.

Engineer Ahmed Ibrahim, Head of the New Alamein City Authority, explained that the mosque, church, and Roman Theater are already operational, along with the cinema halls and open plazas. He also noted that the commercial units have been completed and are currently being marketed, with some buildings already sold to investors. Additionally, international companies have been contracted to manage the hotel apartments.

For his part, the Minister of Housing confirmed that daily progress is being monitored across the facilities, with directives to accelerate implementation in line with the highest standards of quality.

During his tour of the Heritage City, the Prime Minister followed up on the ongoing work at the conference center and the church, stressing the importance of efficient operation and maintenance to preserve the project. He also instructed the allocation of pedestrian walkways and the inclusion of attraction elements to ensure a unique tourist experience for visitors.
