Engineer Ali Saad, Head of the Development Authority for 15th of May City, announced the ongoing implementation of electrical works in the Zahraa District, part of the presidential initiative “Housing for All Egyptians”. The Zahraa District project includes 203 residential buildings with a total of 4,872 housing units for middle-income families.

Landscaping and Urban Planning in Narges District
In a related development, Engineer Saad, along with other officials, inspected ongoing site coordination activities in the Narges District, also part of the “Housing for All Egyptians” initiative.
The district comprises 465 residential buildings with a total of 11,160 housing units. Current efforts include:
- Road construction and public utility upgrades
- Landscaping initiatives aimed at improving the area’s environment and aesthetic appeal
Landscaping works involve planting green spaces, trees, and ornamental plants around residential buildings and along main and secondary roads. These efforts aim to create a modern and visually pleasing environment for residents.
