Immediate Demolition and Swift Legal Action Against Building Violations

Major General Tarek Merzouk, Governor of Dakahlia, followed up on the ongoing efforts to combat building violations on agricultural lands and within urban boundaries without proper permits. He emphasized the importance of immediate demolition and legal action against violators and instructed heads of centers and cities to address any infractions promptly.

In this context, Major General Anwar Othman, Head of the Mit Ghamr Center and City, oversaw the removal of 15 cases of encroachment on agricultural lands during the Eid al-Fitr holiday. These included the demolition of illegal buildings, a red-brick wall, and the dismantling of a wooden frame for a roof.

Immediate Demolition and Swift Legal Action Against Building Violations

Several unauthorized construction activities were halted, and encroachments were removed in various villages. A 15-meter-long wall was demolished in Mit El-Faramawy, encroachments on agricultural land in Senfa were cleared, and an external wall outside the urban boundary in Kafr Al-Muqaddam was taken down. Additionally, a sheet metal wall in Mit Ghamr and a hangar in Al-Gazeera were removed. Encroachments were also addressed in Damas and Kafr Al-Nasr, and unauthorized construction was stopped in Al-Boha.

Major General Hany Makhlouf, Head of the Tami Al-Amdeed Center and City followed up on the demolition of encroachments on agricultural land, which included the removal of a one-meter-high wall covering an area of 430 square meters, as well as other violations such as unauthorized iron canopies and two white brick rooms. Additional encroachments were removed in other areas as well.

In a related context, Ghada El-Hammadi, Head of the Belqas Center and City, supervised the removal of various agricultural land encroachments across different areas. Meanwhile, Dr. Ibrahim Saber monitored the removal of violations in the village of Nesha.

Dr. Hassan Azzam, Head of the El-Manzala Center and City, followed up on the demolition of a white brick wall built on 200 square meters of agricultural land in the village of El-Khalaifa and took the necessary legal measures. Islam El-Naggar, Head of the Talkha Center and City, supervised the removal of encroachments, including columns and walls on the 13th floor of El-Kakola land, columns on the 9th floor of El-Enab land over an area of 80 square meters, and white brick construction on 120 square meters of agricultural land on the El-Fakhoura road, with the appropriate legal procedures being taken.
