Engineer Mona Abdel Salam Ibrahim, Head of the Authority for the Development of Maspero Triangle, Imbaba Airport, Magra El-Oyoun, Ahl Misr Walkway, and Ain Al-Sira, conducted a comprehensive field tour of the buildings currently under development in the Imbaba Airport land area. She was accompanied by several officials from the authority.
She pointed out that the Imbaba Airport land development project consists of three main phases. The first phase includes the construction of residential units over an area of 55 feddans, comprising 3,100 residential units and 222 commercial shops.
Emphasis was placed on the importance of overseeing the operation and maintenance of the residential section, as well as preparing the units designated for sale in the coming period. Additionally, the available commercial shops will be offered for sale to meet residents’ needs and boost development rates.
The head of the authority and her team also inspected the second phase of the Imbaba Airport project, which includes the Giza Park on an area of 38 feddans. This park serves as a recreational destination frequented daily by thousands of citizens from the area and nearby neighborhoods, in addition to school trips. She instructed the team to continue monitoring the park’s operation and maintenance and to explore new investment opportunities by expanding the range of entertainment activities offered to visitors.
