Eng. Hossam El-Din Abdo Mohamed, Head of the Third Sector Authority in the Northwestern Coast, accompanied by authority officials, conducted a field visit to monitor the ongoing works of a tourist village project in the Sidi Heneish area. During the visit, they evaluated how the implemented works aligned with the approved master plan and granted permits.
The Head of the Authority stated that several residential buildings have been completed, with 750 building permits issued for the project. The first phase reached an implementation rate of 80% and was distributed across various stages. Additionally, finishing works have been fully completed in Area A. Around 20 hotel chalet buildings, comprising approximately 120 hotel units, are also in different execution phases.
The Head of the Northwestern Coast Authority emphasized the importance of adhering to the project’s designated timeline and completing it efficiently and systematically.
Dr. Eng. Mohamed Khalafallah, Head of the Tourist Villages Authority, inspected the construction progress in Marina 8, which includes 243 buildings (villas, chalets, and residential complexes) with an execution rate of 35%. The implementation plans for utilities and roads were reviewed during the tour, focusing on maintaining quality and specifications per the scheduled timeline. The Head of the Authority underscored the importance of companies adhering to the specified standards and overcoming obstacles to ensure that residential units are delivered to their rightful owners.
