The Ministry of Housing, in collaboration with the Housing and Development Bank and the Egyptian Real Estate Platform, will begin offering 261,000 apartments starting on April 15. According to the Ministry of Housing, the first phase of this offering will include 35,000 apartments, which will be announced on Tuesday, April 15.
The offering will include apartments suitable for various segments of Egyptian society, catering to low-income and middle-income individuals, as well as those in the upper-middle and luxury categories. Prices will range between 10,000 and 35,000 EGP per meter.
The schedule for the apartment launches is as follows:

60,000 apartments to be offered on July 15, 2025.

59,000 residential units to be offered on October 15, 2025.

58,000 residential units to be offered on January 15, 2026.
