Engineer Ameen Ghoniem, Deputy Head of the New Urban Communities Authority for Real Estate and Commercial Affairs, confirmed that Diyarna project units are available for viewing and reservation on the Housing and Development Bank’s website.

The apartments are distributed across the following cities: New Cairo, October Gardens, New Obour, Capital Gardens, Badr, 10th of Ramadan, Sadat, New Borg El Arab, New Assiut, New Minya, West Qena, New Nasser, New Beni Suef, New Tiba, and New Sohag. Additionally, JANNA and Sakan Misr units are available in New Mansoura, along with free housing options.

The application period begins from April 15, 2025, and runs until May 15, 2025, during which initial applications must be submitted online. Then, from May 18 to June 30, 2025, the Housing and Development Bank will conduct internal reviews and send SMS notifications to applicants.
