The price per square meter for residential units in Rawdat Al-Obour has been set at 12,200 EGP, with a booking confirmation fee of 150,000 EGP.
Offering Details
The offering includes 25,000 residential units distributed across several new cities, and applications will remain open until December 15.

Application Requirements

The applicant must be an Egyptian national and a natural person.

The applicant must be at least 21 years old at the time of application and legally eligible to enter contracts.

A family is allowed to reserve only one unit within the same project, with the possibility of reserving up to two units in other projects included in the same offering.

Single applicants may reserve one or two units as well, in different projects within the same offering.

The applicant must acknowledge reviewing all terms, specifications, and information provided—and agree to them.

Units are allocated for personal residential use only. Changing the intended use is prohibited, and violators are subject to the authority’s approved real estate regulations, including possible contract termination.

Each unit includes a proportional share of the land area beneath the building.

Some ground-floor units may include gardens available for usufruct according to authority rules.

Penthouse units include rooftop space at a special price; the rooftop square meter cost is calculated at 50% of the price of the main unit’s square meter, plus distinction fees.

Unit delivery will take place after a minimum of two years from the official booking date (to be announced later).
Mortgage Financing Mechanism
The units offered are not part of the Central Bank’s mortgage finance initiative.
However, applicants may benefit from free-market mortgage programs in accordance with Law No. 148 of 2001, through direct arrangements with banks—without the Housing Authority bearing any financial burdens or interest differences arising from financing.
