Payment Methods for the Reservation Deposit for Premium Housing Units 2025

A single payment of 201,000 EGP must be transferred as a reservation deposit.

Once the reservation process is completed, the platform will issue a payment reference number, which is required to finalize the payment later using bank cards (Visa/MasterCard/Meeza) or through post offices.

This issued number is then used to make payments through the services section of “the Official Egyptian Real Estate Platform.”

Enter all required personal and social information.

Pay the reservation deposit electronically.

Conditions for Reserving Luxury Housing Units

The applicant must be an Egyptian citizen and a natural person.

The minimum age for applicants is 21 years at the time of application, with full legal capacity to contract.

A family (husband and wife) may reserve only one unit in the same project, but may reserve two units in different projects within the same offering.

A single applicant may reserve one or two units only in different projects.

Payment of the reservation deposit is considered an implicit and final approval of all listed conditions.

Units are allocated for residential use only, and any misuse is subject to real estate regulations.

Each unit is assigned a proportional share of the land relative to its area compared to the total building area.

Ground-floor units may have private gardens for a usufruct fee.

Penthouse units include a private roof area priced at 50% of the unit’s per-meter price.

Delivery of units begins at least two years from the reservation date.

These units are not included under the Central Bank’s mortgage finance initiative; however, buyers may seek free mortgage financing under Law No. 148 of 2001.
