In New Obour, 7 shops and 1 pharmacy will be offered, with areas ranging between 20 and 40 square meters, located in the 14th District. The auction will be held on Wednesday, September 10, 2025.
In Sheikh Zayed, 13 warehouses with sizes ranging from 9 to 25 square meters, along with 8 administrative units sized between 60 and 90 square meters located under residential buildings in District 13, will be available. The auction is scheduled for Wednesday, September 24, 2025.
In Capital Gardens City, 6 shops and 1 pharmacy, with areas ranging between 19 and 36 square meters, will be offered in the 1,350-feddan area. The auction will take place on Tuesday, September 16, 2025.
In West Qena, 2 shops and 1 pharmacy, with sizes ranging between 20 and 40 square meters, along with an automated bakery covering 440 square meters, will be offered for sale on Sunday, September 21, 2025.
