The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities continues to offer new investment land plots in various new cities, covering a wide range of activity types.
Details of the New Offering
In New Minya City, a commercial market land plot will be offered on a usufruct basis, covering an area of 1,165 square meters. Additionally, a 2,978-square-meter plot designated for a vehicle fueling station will be available at a price of EGP 9,965 per square meter. A third plot, intended for a car showroom and service center, will span 3,441 square meters, priced at EGP 20,910 per square meter.
In New Nasser City, located west of Assiut, a mixed-use commercial, administrative, and residential land plot of 880 square meters will be offered at EGP 4,275 per square meter.
New West Qena City will announce the availability of various land plots for different purposes. An educational plot of 5,000 square meters is available for a higher institute at EGP 2,875 per square meter, and another educational plot designated for a school spans 11,323 square meters at EGP 2,785 per square meter. Additionally, there are two commercial plots—one measuring 2,507 square meters and the other 2,653 square meters—each priced at EGP 6,080 per square meter.
In New Tiba City, an educational plot for a school covers 4,584 square meters and is priced at EGP 3,980 per square meter. Furthermore, a commercial-administrative plot of 2,340 square meters is available at EGP 10,160 per square meter.
The ministry aims to meet the increasing market demand by consistently launching a variety of land plots in terms of size and usage, particularly in Egypt’s growing new urban communities.
