The Ministry of Housing, through the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA), continues to offer a variety of investment lands in new cities. In Al-Shorouk City, several commercial and administrative plots have been announced with different prices and sizes, including a 2,061-square-meter plot priced at EGP 16,030 per square meter and another 1,605-square-meter plot at EGP 23,530 per square meter. The ministry aims to meet the increasing market demand by regularly offering more land and focusing on diverse investment activities through the immediate allocation system.

- A 2,427-square-meter medical land plot at EGP 9,235 per square meter.
- A 1,015-square-meter commercial land plot at EGP 18,210 per square meter.

- New Nasser City (West Assiut):
- A 2,487-square-meter commercial and administrative land plot at EGP 5,000 per square meter.

- A 46,197-square-meter integrated urban land plot at EGP 2,545 per square meter.
