Engineer Amr Khattab, the spokesperson for the Ministry of Housing, announced that President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi has directed the launch of 400,000 new housing units within a year. Minister Sherif El-Sherbiny explained that the implementation began in April, with over 200,000 units already under various stages of development to meet the needs of different income groups.
Between July and September, the ministry offered 131,000 units under the “Housing for All Egyptians 7” initiative, including 110,000 units allocated to low-income citizens. The second phase, which was recently launched, comprises 25,012 units distributed across 18 new cities.

The unit sizes range from 90 to 180 square meters, with supported payment plans and installments extending up to 20 years to accommodate all categories. All units are fully finished and equipped with complete services and infrastructure, reinforcing Egypt’s vision for sustainable urban development.
