The Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities has announced that the first phase of the housing offering will begin on Tuesday, April 15. It will include 35,000 apartments targeting all segments of Egyptian society. The offering covers housing for low and middle-income citizens, as well as above-middle and luxury housing, with prices ranging from EGP 10,000 to EGP 35,000 per square meter.
Upcoming Apartment Offering Dates:

As part of a new initiative, the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities is preparing to offer new residential apartments in the coming days under the “Jannah Misr” project across several new cities. This was revealed in a report issued by the ministry, which also outlined a set of eligibility conditions for obtaining a housing unit under the “Jannah Misr 2025” project.
Eligibility Requirements for Booking Jannah Misr 2025 Apartments:

The applicant must be an Egyptian national and a natural person.

The applicant must be at least 21 years old at the time of submitting the application.

The applicant must be legally capable of entering into contracts and legal agreements.

Only one unit may be booked per family (including the spouse), with exceptions allowing for more than one unit in cases involving persons with disabilities or legal representatives acting on behalf of the applicant.

The contract between the applicant and the Social Housing and Mortgage Finance Fund, which is the authority overseeing the project, is subject to Law No. 59 of 1979 concerning the establishment of new urban communities, in addition to Law No. 1 of 2008 and its executive regulations.
