Unit handover must take place within one month from the date of the official handover notification issued by the city authority.

The beneficiary must pay the required amounts upon contracting as a deposit in favor of the Residents’ Union or the company appointed to manage the project. The proceeds of this deposit are used to cover the costs of security, cleaning, and maintenance of the project facilities.

All notifications issued by the platform or the city authority are considered valid, effective, and legally binding as long as they are sent to the address, email, or via text messages recorded in the booking application form of the concerned party.
