Minister of Housing Sherif El-Sherbiny has announced the extension of the booking period for the presidential initiative “Housing for All Egyptians 7” until June 18, 2025, in response to the increasing interest from citizens. Mai Abdel Hamid, CEO of the Social Housing and Mortgage Finance Fund, confirmed that 16,947 citizens have paid the registration fees, 14,574 have made down payments, and 9,814 have registered through the official website.
Abdel Hamid explained that citizens wishing to reserve a unit within the “Housing for All Egyptians 7” initiative must prepare the required documents in a PDF file not exceeding 2 MB and upload it through the website.
They are also required to pay the down payment, administrative fees, and registration fees. Citizens connected to the areas where the units are offered can apply for a housing unit in new cities, excluding units located in governorates. Residents or workers in Alexandria and Matrouh can also apply for units in New Alamein, provided they submit proof of income.
The Ministry of Housing announced a new phase under the name “Housing for All Egyptians 7,” offering residential units that vary in terms of prices, locations, and delivery dates, giving all eligible citizens the opportunity to choose suitable units.
The announcement includes 15,000 housing units for middle-income individuals, which will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis in various new cities and governorates.
