The New Administrative Capital Development Authority has announced that it will offer three nursery buildings in the Third Residential District, specifically in the “Sixth Neighborhood – Eighth Neighborhood – Second Neighborhood,” under an annual usufruct license system.
Building Areas and Offering System
Regarding the building areas, the authority clarified that the size of the Sixth Neighborhood building ranges between 94 m² and 970 m², while the Eighth Neighborhood building varies between 36 m² and 1,128 m². The Second Neighborhood building has an area ranging from 86 m² to 1,125 m².
The authority also stated that the buildings will be offered under an annual usufruct license for five years through a public auction scheduled for Thursday, February 27.
Delivery Dates for Premium and Distinguished Housing Plots
In a different context, Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, announced the delivery schedule for premium and distinguished housing plots in the western part of District 28 on the 10th of Ramadan City. The delivery process will occur between February 16, 2025, and March 27, 2025.
Engineer Alaa Abdallah, Head of the 10th of Ramadan City Development Authority, stated that the handover of plots in the first area of District 28 will proceed as follows:
- Plots numbered 1 to 53 will be delivered on Sunday, February 16, 2025.
- Plots 54 to 105 on Monday, February 17, 2025.
- Plots 106 to 157 on Tuesday, February 18, 2025.
- Plots 158 to 220 on Wednesday, February 19, 2025.
He also explained that the land delivery process in the second area of District 28 will follow this schedule:
- Plots 1 to 56 on Thursday, February 20, 2025.
- Plots 57 to 111 on Sunday, February 23, 2025.
- Plots 112 to 166 on Monday, February 24, 2025.
- Plots 167 to 218 on Tuesday, February 25, 2025.
- Plots 219 to 264 on Wednesday, February 26, 2025.
As for the third area, the schedule is as follows:
- Plots 1 to 58 on Thursday, February 27, 2025.
- Plots 59 to 113 on Sunday, March 2, 2025.
- Plots 114 to 170 on Monday, March 3, 2025.
- Plots 171 to 223 on Tuesday, March 4, 2025.
- Plots 224 to 282 on Wednesday, March 5, 2025.
- Plots 283 to 337 on Thursday, March 6, 2025.
- Plots 338 to 293 on Sunday, March 9, 2025.
- Plots 294 to 447 on Monday, March 10, 2025.
- Plots 448 to 499 on Tuesday, March 11, 2025.

Additionally, the fourth area’s plot delivery will be as follows:

In the fifth area, the delivery will begin with plots numbered 1 to 187.
