Engineer Sherif El-Sherbini, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, participated in the opening session of the 6th Edition of the Expat Egyptians Conference. The session was held under the theme “State Efforts in Supporting Egyptians Abroad”, organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Ministry of Immigration and Egyptians Abroad Affairs, under the slogan “From Everywhere… Egypt is the Destination.” The conference was inaugurated in the presence of Prime Minister Dr. Mostafa Madbouly, alongside several ministers and representatives of Egyptian communities from around the world.

New Housing Initiative for Egyptians Abroad
The minister announced a new initiative that includes the offering of 5,055 residential units, some of which are available for immediate delivery, while others will be delivered in phases to suit various income levels. The reservation phase began on May 1, with an additional reservation window opened on June 22. The current stage involves finalizing the procedures and collecting down payments.
