Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, the Minister of Housing, conducted an inspection tour to monitor the progress of the new urban community development in West El-Dabaa, located along the northwestern part of Egypt’s North Coast. He was accompanied by senior officials from the Ministry during the visit.
During the tour, the Minister reviewed the status of alternative land handovers, building permits, and utility works including water and sewage networks. The main water room has been successfully connected to the Alexandria/Matrouh main line. Additionally, 95% of the water transmission line has been completed, and work is currently underway on the main potable water reservoir.
The Minister continued his inspection of the road construction progress within the West El-Dabaa urban community, which spans a total area of 1,144,600 square meters. He also followed up on electrical infrastructure and service building developments.
During a meeting with several residents from the surrounding area, the Minister emphasized that the planned development and investment projects in West El-Dabaa will greatly benefit the local population. He stated, “This project is for you, and we are here to ensure that all work is progressing as planned and that services are being provided.”
