Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, concluded his tour in 10th of Ramadan City by inspecting the Green Housing Projects and the development works of the industrial drainage network. He was accompanied by officials from the Ministry and the New Urban Communities Authority.
The Green Housing project comprises 1,842 residential units built with environmentally friendly specifications. The project aims to provide high-quality housing units while preserving the environment through sustainable construction technologies. It includes green spaces and promotes quality of life, forming part of broader sustainable urban development plans to meet the growing demand for residential units.
During the tour, the Minister instructed the swift completion of ongoing works and emphasized maximizing land use to establish service projects. He also inspected the industrial drainage network development in the A1 industrial zone, which involves infrastructure upgrades and the modernization of internal roads. The Minister directed attention to surrounding roads and called for close monitoring of project implementation.
Additionally, he followed up on the second phase of the Drinking Water Treatment Plant No. 3, which is designed to supply Badr City and Capital Gardens with water, as well as increase water capacity for East Cairo cities.
