Yesterday evening, at his office in the New Administrative Capital, Engineer Sherif El Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, received Dr. Khaled Mubarak, Governor of South Sinai, to follow up on the joint projects in the governorate. These include housing, drinking water, and wastewater projects, as well as various development initiatives carried out by entities affiliated with the Ministry of Housing. The meeting was attended by several ministry officials and representatives from the Central Agency for Reconstruction.
Engineer Sherif El Sherbiny explained that the meeting discussed the status of various projects being implemented in South Sinai by the ministry’s affiliated bodies and the coordination involved. He emphasized that the ministry and its entities are making significant efforts to meet citizens’ needs by executing diverse service and development projects.
For his part, Dr. Khaled Mubarak, Governor of South Sinai, reviewed the governorate’s needs across multiple sectors, including housing and the construction of various residential units to accommodate citizens, in addition to drinking water and sanitation projects, among others. He expressed his gratitude to the Minister of Housing and the ministry officials for their continued support of the governorate in different areas.
