A delegation from the Housing and Utilities Sector at the Ministry, headed by Engineer Mostafa El-Naggar and supervised by Engineer Nafisa Mahmoud Hashem, conducted a field visit to Kafr El-Sheikh Governorate. The visit came in line with the directives of Minister of Housing, Engineer Sherif El-Sherbini, with a focus on the development of the Delta and Upper Egypt regions as part of the state’s strategic vision.
The tour included support for the housing directorates in the governorates and follow-up on the implementation of national projects, whether under the investment plan or other state agencies.

The delegation began its visit with a meeting with the Director of the Housing Directorate in the governorate to review the status of projects and the directorate’s activities, before inspecting several projects, such as the development of the Government Services Complex, the restoration of the Governorate Building’s facades, and the modernization of the Central Auditing Organization building.
The tour concluded with a follow-up on the “11 Towers – Tahya Misr” project in Kafr El-Sheikh City, where notes were recorded regarding maintenance and cleanliness work. The delegation instructed that these issues be addressed promptly in coordination with the relevant authorities to ensure sustainability and improved performance.
