Mid-Income Housing Project – “Sakan Li Kull Masriyeen”
The development of the middle-income housing sector under the “Sakan Li Kull Masriyeen” initiative in 6th of October City includes the construction of 85 buildings, each offering 2040 fully finished residential units. The average size of these units is 150 square meters, which is divided into 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a master bedroom with its own en-suite bathroom and walk-in closet. The buildings are designed with modern features, and each building includes an elevator.
Building Design:
- Structure: Ground floor plus five upper floors, with four units per floor.
- Features: All buildings are surrounded by a perimeter fence, which includes a combination of metal fencing and green walls for added security.
Services and Amenities:
- The project will include a fully integrated service area, offering markets, shops, commercial malls, nurseries, and recreational facilities. This will ensure a comfortable living environment for residents, catering to their everyday needs and enhancing their quality of life.
Economic Housing Initiative in Abu Qurqas
Project Overview:
Another notable initiative in the region is the economic housing project located along the Manshiyyah Road in Abu Qurqas, where 38 residential units are being developed to cater to lower-income families.
Financing and Documentation:
During a recent meeting, financing procedures for the 38 units were discussed and streamlined. The meeting focused on eliminating obstacles and facilitating the necessary paperwork to ensure that the units would be delivered to eligible residents as quickly as possible. This initiative was launched in response to complaints from the citizens and aims to speed up the delivery process of these homes.
This project is part of the ongoing effort to provide affordable housing solutions and improve the living standards for the Egyptian people
