Engineer Mohamed Abdel Aziz, Head of the Badr City Development Authority, announced the organization of a public auction to sell three commercial stores and administrative units in the significant commercial market within the first phase of the “Zahret Al-Assema” project. This project is part of the new administrative capital employees’ housing extension in the city’s eastern part.
In this context, Engineer Asmaa Omran, Deputy Head of the Badr City Authority, clarified that this auction is part of the authority’s efforts to enhance services for Badr City residents in general, and particularly for the residents of Zahret Al-Assema and Bostan Al-Assema areas.
Additionally, Engineer Mohamed Abdel Aziz Amer, accompanied by several officials from the authority, conducted an inspection tour of the facilities, main roads, and side streets within the third phase of the Zahret Al-Assema residential project.
During the tour, the Head of the Authority monitored ongoing work on the project, including its facilities, unit construction, road implementation, and general site coordination. The tour aimed to evaluate progress rates and review the applied technical standards to ensure the swift delivery of the units.
Road Network Development
The Head of the Authority also inspected the road development work on Central Street, emphasizing that upgrading the road network is part of a comprehensive plan to provide an integrated infrastructure that enhances residents’ quality of life and facilitates movement within the city.
He stressed the importance of executing the project efficiently and with high quality, urging increased efforts and the provision of additional equipment to accelerate the work.
