Major General Eng. Walid El-Baroudy, Chairman of the General Authority for Housing and Building Cooperatives, announced the offering of a collection of commercial shops, garages, residential, and administrative units for sale through public auction, with payment facilities available over a 5-year period. The offering includes 4 residential units in the Green Mountain Project in Nasr City, 20 commercial shops in Mokattam, 9 garages in 6th of October City, 10 garages in El Shorouk, and 7 shops in Sheikh Zayed. Additionally, residential units will be offered in Hurghada, Maghagha, Shebin El-Kom, and Kiman Fares, along with 10 shops and 2 nurseries in Amreya, Alexandria. The auction will be held on Wednesday, May 21 at 12:00 PM at the Authority’s headquarters in Nasr City.
Major General Eng. Walid El-Baroudy also announced the offering of another group of commercial shops, residential, and administrative units for sale in a public auction. This includes 6 shops, 3 residential units, 7 administrative units, and 6 garages in the Mansoura Towers Project, 6 shops in the Luluat Damietta Project, and a residential unit in Kafr El-Sheikh during the session scheduled for Tuesday, May 27. Furthermore, the session on Thursday, May 29 will include 10 shops, 16 residential units, and 7 administrative units in the Luluat Port Said Project; 2 residential units in the 5000 Units Project in Port Said; 10 shops in the 85 Buildings Project; 11 shops and 1 residential unit in the Low-Cost Project in Ismailia; and 10 shops and 7 administrative units in the Amal 28 Buildings Project.
