Eng. Alaa Abdelaal Mostafa, Head of the 10th of Ramadan City Authority, inspected the progress of the “Diarna” middle-income housing project currently under construction in Neighborhood 52 within the Seventh District of the city.
The project consists of 20 residential buildings comprising 520 fully finished housing units, with a variety of unit sizes ranging between 110 and 131 square meters each. The development is distinguished by its unique urban design, modeled as a fully integrated compound. It offers a comprehensive security and safety system, including surveillance cameras that cover all areas of the project, in addition to an advanced firefighting system that meets the highest standards.
The Authority Head noted that the current completion rate of the project stands at approximately 10%. He emphasized that the Authority is closely monitoring the construction work to ensure adherence to the set timelines and maintain high-quality standards. This aligns with the national plan to provide well-rounded housing units that cater to the needs of various social segments.
This project is part of the efforts by the Ministry of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities to promote urban expansion and provide a safe, sustainable living environment—contributing to the enhancement of citizens’ quality of life and reinforcing the concept of fully integrated new cities.
