Eng. Marwa Hussein Amin, Head of the Sheikh Zayed City Development Authority, conducted an inspection tour accompanied by authority officials to monitor progress on the “Janna 4” residential project, located in the city’s expansion area. The visit also aimed to review the project’s readiness for handover. This tour comes in line with the directives of Eng. Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, emphasizing the importance of accelerating the pace of residential and developmental projects.
During the tour, officials reviewed the actual completion rates of infrastructure works and supporting services for the project, in addition to monitoring the final finishing works in preparation for the handover of units.
The Head of the Authority pointed out that the Janna 4 residential project consists of 34 residential buildings and falls under the luxury housing scheme. The handover of units to citizens is scheduled to begin in July as part of the authority’s plan to provide high-end housing units that align with the city’s upscale architectural style.
Eng. Marwa Hussein stressed to the implementing companies the need to intensify efforts to complete the roadworks, site coordination, and landscaping within the specified timelines, while fully adhering to the highest quality standards and technical specifications.
