Dr. Eng. Mohamed Khalafallah, Head of the New Alamein City Authority and Supervisor of the Tourist Villages Authority, conducted a field tour to follow up on the Housing for All Egyptians project and review execution rates and handover zones at the site.
During the tour, he emphasized the need to accelerate implementation rates and strictly adhere to delivery deadlines, with a strong focus on achieving the highest level of finishing quality. This is to ensure the project is delivered in a manner that reflects the standards of the New Urban Communities Authority and meets the expectations of eligible citizens awaiting their residential units.

His directives also included the removal of accumulated waste, enhancing landscaping and beautification works such as organizing green areas, and upgrading roads and public squares. Additionally, he stressed implementing distinctive designs for each square that reflect the character of the area. He further underscored the importance of compressing the project timeline without compromising work quality.
Dr. Eng. Mohamed Khalafallah affirmed the importance of expediting the completion of on-site works and increasing workforce density around the clock to ensure adherence to the project’s schedule. He noted that the first phase has reached a completion rate of 98%, while the second phase has achieved 92%.
He concluded his tour by emphasizing the continuation of daily follow-ups to ensure all project components are executed to the highest quality standards, reaffirming the state’s vision for developing New Alamein City into a modern and sustainable urban destination.
