Eng. Mohamed Abdelaziz Amer, Head of the Badr City Development Authority, conducted an inspection tour of work sites across the city following directives from the Minister of Housing and Utilities. The tour began with a visit to the “Zahret Al-Asima” project (Phase III), allocated for government employees. During the visit, he reviewed the condition of the residential units and the finishing works, directing teams to swiftly address any remarks to ensure the project is delivered according to the required specifications.
Eng. Mohamed Abdelaziz also followed up on site coordination efforts aimed at enhancing the city’s visual appeal, including the planting of green spaces and beautification of squares. He inspected the middle-income housing project comprising 44 buildings in the Fourth District, stressing the importance of completing the construction works and commencing utility installation and interior finishes.
Additionally, he reviewed progress on a project involving 92 buildings in the Sixth District, where the implementation has reached an advanced stage. He emphasized adherence to timelines and the quality of execution.
The tour underscored the importance of monitoring projects to ensure quality and timely delivery in support of sustainable development plans. Eng. Mohamed Abdelaziz also referred to a traffic enforcement campaign led by Colonel Ahmed Amin, which resulted in the seizure of 12 tuk-tuk vehicles. He affirmed that such campaigns would continue to combat violations that impact citizens’ safety.
