Engineer Mohamed Mostafa, Head of the 6th of October City Development Authority, inspected the site of the presidential initiative buildings, “Housing for All Egyptians,” accompanied by authority officials to monitor the latest developments and assess the progress of ongoing works.
The tour included an inspection of the “Housing for All Egyptians” buildings, which are part of the middle-income housing initiative. The project spans 92 acres and is located in the residential-industrial separation area at the intersection of Gamal Abdel Nasser Axis with the Middle Ring Road in the city.
Engineer Mohamed Mostafa stated that 134 residential buildings are being constructed, providing 3,216 housing units with varying sizes ranging from 100 to 110 and 120 square meters. He noted that the buildings are equipped with electric elevators, and each unit comprises three bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a reception. The project boasts a distinctive architectural design.
The head of the 6th of October City Authority indicated that the project is expected to be completed within the current year. He added that the construction progress for the first phase, consisting of 63 buildings, has advanced. Meanwhile, the second phase, comprising 71 buildings, is at a medium completion stage.
At the end of his field tour, Engineer Mohamed Mostafa instructed intensifying efforts to complete the work on schedule while ensuring quality. He emphasized the importance of daily follow-ups and regular reporting on implementing different elements. Additionally, he directed that all legal measures be taken against companies that delay project execution.
