  • 6th of October City: Plot sizes range from 325 m² to 893 m².
  • Deadline for Application: Monday, January 6, 2025.

Eligibility Criteria for Reserving Residential Land

  1. Nationality:
    • Applicants must be Egyptian nationals.
  2. Eligible Applicants:
    • Only individual applicants (not companies or legal entities) are allowed.
  3. Minimum Age Requirement:
    • Applicants must be at least 21 years old at the time of application.
  4. Family Restrictions:
    • Each family (husband, wife, and minor children) may reserve only one plot of land.

General Conditions for Land Use

  • Residential Use Only:
    • The land is strictly for building residential housing and cannot be repurposed.

    • Plots will be handed over in their current state, with no modifications or improvements allowed.
