The New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA) has set a final deadline for receiving negotiation requests from companies, associations, and other entities in the area south of the International Coastal Road. The affected zone, managed by the Northwestern Coast Development Authorities, extends from kilometer 5500 to kilometer 21200 of the Alexandria-Matrouh Coastal Road. Applications will be accepted from the announcement date until March 1st.
This decision follows Presidential Decree No. 361 of 2020, reallocating approximately 707,234 feddans in the Northwestern Coast region to NUCA for the development of new urban communities. It also builds on previous announcements and negotiations with entities in the area.
Applicants must submit their requests at the authority’s headquarters at kilometer 51.50 of the Alexandria-Matrouh Coastal Road. Required documents include an official copy of ownership or allocation contracts, a recent real estate transaction certificate, a cadastral survey report, and certified coordinates from the Egyptian General Authority for Survey.
NUCA emphasized that requests submitted before or after the specified period will not be considered. Applications concerning land previously negotiated with other entities under prior announcements will also be disregarded. If companies or entities fail to submit their requests within the given timeframe, NUCA reserves the right to take all necessary legal actions.
The authority also warned against dealings with unauthorized individuals or entities, stating that any transactions violating this directive will be deemed null and void. NUCA retains the right to pursue legal measures against any such violations.
