The first installment is due three months after receiving the unit, with post-dated checks submitted before the handover.

The applicant must be Egyptian and a natural person (not a corporate entity).

The applicant must be at least 21 years old at the time of application.

A family (husband/wife) cannot book more than one unit within the same project, but may book two units in different projects.

Single applicants may book one or two units within different projects under the same offering.

Completing the application and paying the reservation deposit is considered final acceptance of all terms and specifications.
Usage Policies and Selling Terms

Units are designated for residential use only, and changing this use is prohibited. Any violation is subject to the real estate regulation, including contract termination without prior notice.

Each unit includes a proportional share of the land based on its total area.

Ground-floor units may include gardens of varying sizes, available for use under standard regulations.

Penthouse units include roof access priced at 50% of the price per square meter of the main unit.
