President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi has issued Presidential Decree No. 420 of 2025, which stipulates the allocation of a plot of land measuring 18,516.9 feddans from state-owned private property, located on the Wadi El-Natrun/El-Alamein Road, to Beheira Governorate.
The allocated land will be used for implementing development projects in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
The decree also states that the Armed Forces will retain ownership of any military sites located within the boundaries of the designated area mentioned in Article 1 of the decree, as these are considered strategic zones of military importance.
