After handing over contracts for residential units under the 14th announcement of the “Housing for All Egyptians 1” initiative in Hadayek October, Minister of Housing Eng. Sherif El-Sherbiny inspected several road and housing projects in the city. The tour included a follow-up on residential units, services, and road maintenance, accompanied by officials from the Ministry and the New Urban Communities Authority (NUCA).
The Minister visited the 219-building middle-income housing project to review ongoing works, which include roads, site coordination, finishing, and landscaping. The project comprises 5,256 units across buildings consisting of a ground floor and five repeated floors. The first phase, including 71 buildings, is set to be delivered at the beginning of next year.

El-Sherbiny emphasized the importance of completing the works quickly and with high quality in accordance with the specified standards, while maintaining continuous field monitoring and accelerating project execution to provide a distinguished level of service and urban development.
This aligns with the state’s vision to develop Hadayek October City into a modern and advanced urban community. The Minister also reviewed several roads and main axes within the city, directing teams to continue maintenance and development efforts according to the highest standards.
