Engineer Sherif El-Sherbiny, Minister of Housing, Utilities, and Urban Communities, conducted an inspection tour of several projects in Sadat City, including the Green Housing Project under the “Housing for All Egyptians” initiative, the “Diarna” middle-income housing project, and the industrial wastewater separation station.
The Minister of Housing visited the Green Housing Project site, which includes 82 buildings comprising 1,968 units. These units are designed to be energy-efficient and constructed using environmentally friendly materials. He instructed officials to review the building facades and ensure regular monitoring to maintain high execution quality.
He then proceeded to inspect the “Diarna” project, which consists of 20 buildings with 520 residential units targeted at middle-income citizens. He emphasized the importance of completing the work on schedule to ensure timely delivery of the units to applicants.
The tour concluded with a visit to the industrial wastewater separation station, which has a capacity of 25,000 cubic meters per day. The Minister underscored the importance of regular maintenance to preserve the station’s efficiency.
