In New Cairo, several plots are available, including a restaurant plot of 68,250 square meters priced at EGP 235 per meter, a storage plot of 3,965 square meters at EGP 8,930 per meter, and another storage plot of 4,641 square meters also priced at EGP 8,930 per meter. Additional offerings include an educational plot of 18,662 square meters at EGP 21,925 per meter and a commercial-administrative plot of 3,067 square meters at EGP 39,775 per meter.
In Hadayek El Qobba, the ministry offers various plots, such as a nursery school plot of 1,275 square meters at EGP 12,275 per meter, a commercial-administrative plot of 8,168 square meters at EGP 13,485 per meter, and other plots with similar commercial and administrative uses.
In October Gardens, available plots include a commercial plot of 2,265 square meters priced at EGP 19,295 per meter, a social club plot of 9,807 square meters at EGP 4,835 per meter, and more.
The ministry is also offering plots in Sheikh Zayed City, including a commercial-administrative plot of 915 square meters at EGP 30,680 per meter and a commercial plot of 3,309 square meters at EGP 47,780 per meter.
Moreover, New Obour City sees offerings such as a commercial-administrative plot of 8,055 square meters at EGP 23,802 per meter and others designated for commercial and medical uses.
The Ministry’s strategy focuses on diversifying the types of land and activities available in new cities, aiming to meet the needs of developers and businesses while fostering urban development. It also plans to expand land offerings, particularly through public-private partnerships, and initiatives like “Beit Al Watan” for Egyptians living abroad, to invigorate real estate investment and accelerate urban development, boosting the state’s foreign currency reserves.
