Dr. Abbas emphasized that Cityscape serves as a vital platform for communication among developers, investors, and decision-makers, allowing officials to stay informed about real estate market developments and the challenges facing the sector. It also provides insights into the visions and requirements of developers, enabling the identification and facilitation of new investment opportunities.
He praised the significant participation and high turnout at this year’s Cityscape Egypt, noting that such enthusiasm reflects the strength and potential of the Egyptian real estate market, which offers a wide range of investment opportunities catering to both local and foreign investors.
Dr. Abbas highlighted that the New Urban Communities Authority provides various mechanisms for land availability for both Egyptian and foreign investors, alongside offering diverse residential units that meet the needs of all segments of society.
Founded in 2012, Cityscape is one of the leading regional exhibitions held in Egypt, Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, and Qatar. The first day of Cityscape Egypt saw over 10,000 visitors, further underscoring the event’s significance in the real estate sector.
